Based in Medicine Hat, Alberta, Midtown Property Group consists of co-founders; Mike Reinheller, Brad Undershute and Brent Plato. The founding partners are Medicine Hat “local boys” and take pride in its company’s humble roots. Although the Midtown ownership team has been investing and managing rental properties for years, Midtown was formally created in 2012. Our business consists of sourcing multifamily real estate properties, identifying opportunities to add value, and implementing our program to create better living environments for our current tenants and achieving an increased value for our shareholders. Brad’s knowledge of construction and building systems, coupled with his practical, hands on experience in property management make him an invaluable player on the midtown team. Brad has extensive experience in the construction industry from foundational structure to final touch ups. He also has owned and personally managed his own single family rental portfolio for 10 years. Brad’s appreciation for the end product and friendly personality make him the perfect lead to ensure our property portfolio and residents are well taken care of.
Brent’s self-starter business history, financial skills, and positive personality resonated with the midtown partnership immediately and made him an obvious fit on the team. Brent holds a B.Comm in Finance from the University of Alberta where he and Mike first became friends. His passion for pursuing solid real estate opportunities and “the numbers” make him the natural leader for our acquisitions team. He shares a contagious vision for the company to grow and make a positive impact in the communities it invests in.
